Step Into the Role

At our headquarters in Lille, Belgium, we have our unique GxP Academy with a broad mix of theory and classroom training. As a Junior Project Engineer you will be introduced to this high-tech industry during the training program of several weeks.

During this training program you will follow courses such as Basic GMP, Basic Validation, Basic GDP and Basic Cleanroom behavior. Of course, you will be coached and challenged by our consultants and Business Managers!

Thanks to this trajectory, we get to know you and your strengths better and can start looking for your first project. A project that suits you! Do you need extra training to sharpen your general and personal skills? Then we will gladly pay attention to that too, for example through training courses such as Project Management, Time Management or Assertive Communication.

Are you ready and have we found a project that suits you? Then you will start working as a Junior Project Engineer on your first project and be coached by an A-Team manager!
