Sterilisation Validation Specialist
Are you an expert in sterilisation processes and quality validation? Do you have a keen eye for detail and want to contribute to the safety and quality of medical products? Then we are looking for you.
As a Sterilisation Validation Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing and documenting validation processes for sterilisation systems at our customers. You will work closely with teams in production, quality and research to ensure that our sterilisation processes meet the highest standards and regulations.
Jouw rol
Perform validation studies for sterilisation processes: steam sterilisation (autoclaves and SIP), dry heat sterilisation and VHP.
Prepare protocols and reports related to sterilisation validation and qualification.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimise and improve sterilisation procedures.
Verify that all processes comply with relevant standards and regulations, such as GMP Annex 1, ISO 17665 and EN285.
You will support the customer in finding and implementing solutions to deviations. As a Sterilisation Validation Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing and documenting validation processes for sterilisation systems at our customers. You will work closely with teams in production, quality and research to ensure that our sterilisation processes meet the highest standards and regulations.
